Turkish Design Homes provides a complete after care service covering the maintenance, operation and safe keeping of a property, its land or garden and its contents. We will undertake any property related function from a complete re-landscaping of a garden or painting the entire property to the simple task of arranging a monthly swimming pool cleaning service or checking that the geyser works. Rentals and Rental Management
For clients that have purchased property, we also offer a letting and management service which includes all aspects of property management.
Property Inspections
We will ensure the safety of your property by frequent inspection with detailed reporting to you.
Cleaning Services
We offer complete cleaning services to meet your requirements.
Starter Pack
We can arrange a starter pack for you consisting of essential food stuffs (eg: tea/coffee, milk, sugar, bread etc) and/or cleaning goods so that, should you arrive at your property in the early hours of the morning you will not have to go without!
Garden and Pool Service
We will ensure that your garden and pool are in good condition, when you arrive, so you don’t have to spend your first day cutting and weeding the garden and filling up the pool.
As a result, property owners no longer need to be worried or concerned about their property in Didim.
Airline Reservations
Should you decide to spend time in your property during the summer or winter season and fly over on a scheduled flight to Istanbul’s Atatürk Airport (instead of getting a chartered flight), and get a connecting flight from there, we can book your connecting flight ticket from our office in Turkey so that it is ready for your collection at Atatürk Airport as this will be cheaper for you than booking it in your country of residence (eg: the UK).
Furniture, Fixtures & Fittings
Once you have purchased your property, if you would like to buy furniture or have your house re-tiled etc, we could introduce you to reputable stores, where you would get a wide selection of goods at a reasonable price. We will only charge for petrol costs if the stores you decide to purchase from are outside the Altinkum / Didim area. Alternatively we can provide fully fitted furniture packages based on your needs.
Household Insurance
When you purchase one or more properties with us, we will give you free household insurance for one year. After this period should you wish to continue your household insurance, we can organize this for you.
Building Insurance
Should clients wish to insure their property we can help them do so.
Residency Visas
If you decide to reside on a permanent basis in Turkey, we can assist in organizing residency visas.
Airport Transfers
We offer a personalized service of collecting you from the airport and transporting you to your holiday home. Please give us at least one weeks’ notice if you would like a transfer and furnish us with your flight details. (Airport transfers and accommodation on initial viewing trips are free for our customers who purchase a property)
